Part 3 – Options Trading
In this part of PSS strategy, I explained the concept of options trading with some mathematical proofs. More importantly, this part covers why and how to enter into bear call spreads that gives us maximum returns with minimum risk. I also tried explaining the underlying concept of options selling followed by why we trade only in index options and why we only sell call options but not put options in this strategy.
