PDR Strategy – Part 1

Though I developed this short term equity strategy initially for working professionals, in the last few years I observed that many full-time traders are also adopting this. And I think, that’s due to its ability to earn high profits along with diversifying one’s portfolio to make it ultra-safe. Secondly, it’s scalable in nature; you can trade in this strategy with any amount of capital. And finally, needless to mention that simplicity to execute this strategy is its secret sauce why many people, especially office-goers are attracted to it. In fact, I use this myself for a lot of other reasons as well 😊

I divided this entire concept into 3 parts wherein

• Part 1 talks about the core strategy and it’s underlying benefits,
• Part 2 talks about stock identification process and
• Part 3 about capital allocation, portfolio rebalancing, risk and money management concepts.

To elaborate a little more, in part1, I talked about a couple of topics – importance of every single percent when it comes to compounding followed by core concept Portfolio Diversification and Rebalancing. You get a fair idea on “what” and “why” parts of this strategy in this video whereas I reserved “how” part for the last video.
